Custom orders are final. If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right.

Because HighVolve products are made to order and customized to your approved specs, all sales are final. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, or incorrect items caused by our oversight, contact us and we’ll review it.

What qualifies for a reprint or return review

We review issues caused by manufacturing defects, printing errors, or incorrect items sent due to our oversight.

To request help
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue
  • Send clear photos so we can review the problem quickly

What is not eligible

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Spelling, color, sizing, or layout issues approved during proofing
  • Shipping carrier delays once the order has left production
We strongly recommend reviewing all proofs carefully before approval. Once approved, your order moves directly into production.
